Who we are
Sunflower SMP and sunflowersmp.com are run by whiscey, who runs whiscey.net ("we", "us"). By playing on the server or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to play and to buy anything.
Using the server and the site
Follow the rules. Staff can warn, mute, kick or ban you, or remove your access to the server, the site or our Discord, if you break them. You can ask us to look at a decision again by opening a ticket in our Discord.
In-game money and items
$ and everything you earn or buy in game are in-game money and items. They have no real-world value and can't be sold or traded for real money, inside or outside the game.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by the store provider under its own terms.
Free gifts and voting
Free gifts are optional, and watching an ad to get one is your choice. Gifts are small in-game items with no real-world value. Limits apply, and we can change or end free gifts at any time. If you abuse the system, for example by using scripts or cheating the limits, you won't get a gift. When you vote, votes must come from real people: no bots, scripts or fake votes. We may remove votes that we think were manipulated.
What you post
You're responsible for what you say in chat and what you build. We may remove chat messages, builds, signs or anything else that breaks the rules, without warning.
Availability
We work hard to keep Sunflower running, but the server may go down, restart, roll back or be reset, and items, money or builds can be lost. We can't promise the server or site will always be available.
Liability
The server and site are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using them. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to play or use the site means you accept the new version.
